Sukanya and his mother are said to be hiding in one of their Relatives House in Harayana. Our Sources in Lucknow say that "The Congress men have been ordered to kill them at sight before they come out in open or approach the president" .Congressman have been deployed at all 7 borders of UP & Delhi to trace both motherand and Daughter . Congressmen deployed at checkposts have been provided photographs of Sukanya.
Door to Door Searching is on in Amethi and neighbouring Villages to track down them, and simultaneously the villagers are being warned and threathened if they provide protection to both mother and daughter.
As per the information, both Mother and Daughter are alive (Updated information about 10:00 P.M IST 16/1/2007) and search is going on. There is likely that Congressmen and Congress Governments in other states are secretely been instructed to track them down and hand over to them at the earliest.
We have no information like who is contacting the president on behalf of them. We are trying to gather information from our people in New Delhi whether the Human Rights has seriously registered their Complaints. Our people are hesistant to to because there is a possibility that they may apprehend us and hand over us to the police or congressmen for questioning.
Few Congress MLA'S from Uttar Pradesh are under tremendrous pressure from the high command to Locate both mother and daughter and finish the needful.Secretly a reward has been announced by the Congress High Command if whosoever provides info or ...... Congressman from other districts and states are touring all over UP & Delhi.
"I am sure they have decided to kill both mother and daughter."
IMPORTANT : Father of the victim Mr.Balram Singh has either gone underground or has been killed, he is not to be seen since 4th January 2007.
Hoax or Fact:
The message claims that Rahul Gandhi has been charged for raping a girl named Sukanya along with few of his foreign friends during his visit to his parliamentary constituency, Amethi in December 2006. Further, the message claims that a number of congress workers have threatened the parents of the victim and the villagers to keep their mouths shut on the incident, and that neither the media nor the police has intervened into this incident. There are also a set of videos claiming to show hidden witness related to this incident, but the authenticity of it is not known. It is a fact that such a charge against Rahul Gandhi was registered, but it was later dismissed.
The story was first published in January 2007 by hinduunity.org and couple of its partnership websites, a copy of which is still available at Intellibriefs. However, the original website sources appear to have been deleted after a legal notice from a Supreme Court Advocate of Rahul Gandhi.
The story came into limelight in early 2011 when a former Samajwadi Party MLA from Madhya Pradesh, Kishore Samrite is supposed to have read about this article on website and went on to find the victim's house locked, and the local villagers being tight-lipped about the whereabouts of the girl, her father Balram Singh and mother Savitri Singh. Kishore Samrite claimed that he was moved by this incident and therefore filed a Habeas Corpus petition against Rahul Gandhi in Allahabad high court. He claimed that Sukanya and her parents were in illegal detention (abducted) of Rahul Gandhi since January 4, 2007, and sought direction to command the Congress leader to produce the girl and her parents before the court and set them free.
High Court Response
In March 2011, the Allahabad high court dismissed the petition against Rahul Gandhi, and imposed a fine of Rs 50 lakh on Samrite for making frivolous allegations. The court also ordered a CBI investigation into him and all other persons who might be involved in the plot to defame the Member of Parliament, Shri Rahul Gandhi. The CBI lodged a case against Samrite under sections of false charges to cause injury & defamation, criminal conspiracy and false statement under oath.
Supreme Court Appeal
Following these consequences, Samrite appealed before the Supreme Court of India, which in April 2011 put a stay on the High Court judgment and issued notice to Mr. Rahul Gandhi and the government of Uttar Pradesh. In response, Rahul Gandhi filed a counter-affidavit in July 2012 saying:
“I emphatically deny the allegation of rape and detention of the writ petitioners by me and say that both these allegations are false, malicious and baseless and no cognizance could be taken by any responsible person of such allegations made on websites.”
The affidavit also pointed out that it appeared from the high court order that the alleged victim, her mother and father have appeared in person and stated that the allegations in the petition were "baseless and false".
The CBI which was asked by the Allahabad high court to investigate the allegations told the Supreme Court that the charges against Mr. Rahul Gandhi are baseless. They said that the websites which first accused Mr. Gandhi originated in or are hosted in foreign countries. The Supreme Court has dismissed the case against Rahul Gandhi in October 2012 saying -- "The allegation is without substance and without an iota of evidence."
The Supreme Court also fined the petitioner, Samrite with Rs.10 lakh, half of which is due to Mr. Gandhi, and the other half meant for the girl who he said had been raped.
However it is to be noted that none of the mainstream media has ever talked about this case, and the fact that the girl Sukanya and her family were never brought into public attention to clear the buzz.
