Man Shoots himself on Britain's Got Talent TV Show.
David Walliams shot himself back stage on Britain's Got Talent show after being harsh judged.
Hoax or Fact:
The video messages claim to show a man named David Walliams to have shot himself back stage on the Britain's Got Talent Television show after he was judged harsh. The message is not a fact, the video is a hoax.
Origin of Video
This video first started circulating in May 2010, and since the Britain's Got Talent TV Show is popular for its critical judging, the video was believed to be a fact and then it went viral. But not many have observed the change in dress the judges were wearing between two scenes and that the original YouTube video was posted in comedy/entertainment section. The video is not real, it was made by putting together two different scenes from the show. David Walliams did not shoot himself on the show, nor on the backstage. The second video shows the complete footage of David Walliams act on the show, with no such gun firing taken place. The latter part of the judge's reaction in the video was NOT because of the sound effect of any Gun shot, but was in fact natural reaction to an amazing and completely different act on the show.
Britain's Got Talent Show
The Britain's Got Talent TV Show has been popular for its critical judging and there were few news reports, also from mental health experts at that time that sensitive contestants should not be allowed on the show, as they can end up with physical damage. Then in April 2010, just about a month before this video came up, there was a satirical news on The Daily Squib which said that a 'Man Blows Brains Out at Britain's Got Talent Show'. We believe this as the basis for this hoax video creation, which was only meant for fun and entertainment, as updated by the YouTube video uploader later.
Talent shows are only meant to encourage the right people, and so people ought to choose their best talent. Each person has a different talent and skill in him, and that alone need not rate or unrate him.
