It is said that the rock is in Jerusalem. It was the rock where the Prophet Muhammad stood when he begin the ascend to heaven during the Israk Mikraj event. The rock was said wanted to follow the Prophet ascending to heaven, but the Prophet stop it. So it stopped the ascend and staying afloat until now.
1. Subject: Floating rock miracle…
See this miracle….. …….its unbelievable! !!
A huge rock in a village of Al-Hassa region, SAUDI ARABIA raises 11 cms from the ground level once in a year during the month of April and stays elevated for about 30 minutes !!!
They say that 17 years ago, one terrorist [for criminal, he was terrorists, but actually Mujahid] was shot dead behind this rock as he was hidden there. This encounter happened in the month of April 1989. You can see the fresh blood stains on the rock. Most surprisingly, when the rock raises from the ground, these stains become darker, fresher and wet. Local residents tried to wipe off the stains several times, but after some time it appears again on the rock automatically. …. isn’t it
Have a look….
2. This strange floating rock is under the Dome of the Rock, in the Palestine. It is now tightly guarded by the israely soldier as not to attract muslim and to cover the miracle of the Prohet of Allah.
The story shows a picture of a floating rock supposed to be in Jerusalem, calling it strange and a miracle of Prophet Muhammad. The same picture has also been circulating with some other versions of the story like it is in a village of Saudi Arabia, and magically raises 11 cms from the ground level for sometime every year in the month of April. However, there is no truth in all these stories, the picture itself is a hoax creation.
The picture actually belongs to a part of a mountain area in Al-Ahsa, an oasis region in eastern Saudi Arabia. And fact is that it is no way strange than any other rock, nor is floating during any time of the year. One of its pictures on Flickr shows its original form here. And the two video series above clearly show the rock and its surroundings, as seen in the picture. As you can see in the Flickr picture and the video, the rock is standing under the support of at least 2 or more stones beneath it. Or, it could be a continuous rock formation that has eroded from its base over a period of time. But there is no strangeness or miracle associated with it, it is completely natural rock formation. Therefore, the picture shown in the story is a clear case of photo manipulation, intended to mislead people.
People are advised not to believe in everything that they see online.
