Fact Check:

Since at least May 2017 various messages doing rounds on WhatsApp and Social Media sites warn people of terrorist group ISIS Injecting AIDS, roaming Door to Door in the name of giving Free Insulin. It is said that the ISIS (Daish) people come to your door saying they are from Faculty of Medicine to measure your Sugar, Blood Pressure or other levels for free and that they shall Inject AIDS Virus which looks like Insulin. Instead of ISIS, some versions of the story warn that it is R.S.S, an Indian right wing. ISIS Injecting AIDS Virus warning message doing rounds online in different languages does in fact sound scary, but it is not true.

ISIS Injecting AIDS?

It is a fact, it is possible to transmit HIV when shared medical equipment like Insulin injections are used. But no such incident where ISIS group people are roaming door to door in the name of medical officials to inject HIV has been reported. There are no such credible news reports. Moreover, as mentioned in story, when random people turn up home to test, most people are unlikely to allow themselves to be injected. So, the claims about ISIS terrorists coming door to door as medical officials and injecting people with AIDS are hoaxes. The messages are probably meant only to spread fear among people.
