To Suspect
Firstly, the video that was uploaded to YouTube.com on 14 Jan 2015 does not have reliable credentials, the YouTube channel does not have any other videos or information. The text and audio of the website diabetesfree.org resemble typical ‘marketing’ style rather than someone who wants to give away free health information in public interest. Once the webpage is clicked to close without taking the offer, the product price is discounted from 37$ to 27$, and as claimed in the video, we did not even see any other members area section/page in the website. The contact source on the website is just a simple support email support[@]diabetesfree.org. More importantly, a disclaimer in the website’s Terms of Use section reads:
THE INFORMATION, PRODUCTS AND SERVICES OFFERED ON OR THROUGH THE SITE AND BY COMPANY AND ANY THIRD-PARTY SITES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED…
WE DO NOT WARRANT OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE USE OR THE RESULTS OF THE USE OF THE SITE OR MATERIALS ON THIS SITE OR ON THIRD-PARTY SITES IN TERMS OF THEIR CORRECTNESS, ACCURACY, TIMELINESS, RELIABILITY OR OTHERWISE.
