A video story in circulation online claims to show a Steam Train Comes Out of Tunnel Beautiful Scene. Once the steam engine and train exit the tunnel, a fascinating trail of smoke hovers over the level crossing for some time. Viewers asked us about the authenticity of the video and whereabouts of the interesting steam train, whether or not it exists today. The heavy white smoke cloud coming out of the tunnel as the steam train passes by is real. And as a matter of fact, the beautiful scene comes from Italy.

The video that appeared on social media is actually a mirrored copy of the original footage. The actual copy of the video is shot at a level crossing in Ovada, Italy. The trail of smoke is due to an old heritage train towed by Italian steam locomotive FS Class 740 coming out of the tunnel. The historic Italian FS Class 740 is ‘Consolidation’ steam locomotives manufactured from 1911.

As you can see in the video, the huge smoke cloud coming out of the tunnel makes it impossible for motorists to cross the railway line. The beautiful video seems to have surfaced online in 2017.
