This is a popular picture that is shown as a proof of Alien’s existence. It is supposed to be the leaked photograph of an alien creature shaking hands with a military officer standing next to a scientist in 1940s. Let us examine whether the claim is a fact or hoax.

Grey Alien?

The creature seen in the picture is often said to be a Grey Alien that came to planet earth after the well known Roswell UFO incident (which is considered to be hoax). Grey aliens are also referred to as “Greys”, “Grays”, “Roswell Greys”, or “Zetans”. Grey Aliens are alleged extraterrestrial beings who are named for their skin color. There are many stories about these grey aliens that vary in every aspect including their physical appearances, nature, origins, moral dispositions and intentions. The common belief is that Greys are small-bodied, sexless beings with enlarged head, large black eyes and smooth, grey-colored skin.

About Alien Picture

As you can see, the picture of the ‘alien’ shaking hands with a military officer is unclear and blurry; it is of unusually poor quality. Photographic images in 1940s would generally be better than this. The right shoulder and hand of the said alien creature looks odd, and while shaking hands with the officer, the ‘alien’s’ line of sight does not match up to his. In the background appear to be some kind of machines or robots, which gives an impression that the creature could perhaps be a puppet or robot.

The source of the picture online seems to be a 2003 article on AlienShift.com, where it is shared along with a message that reads:

But you can see it in daylight.We will let you use our Gene Pool ,
(from our female wombs) to clone Hybrid Humans, What did you say you want in return?

As you can see, the photograph was used in the context of speculating about cloning hybrid humans; not alien creatures as such. The website shares much of paranormal stuff including Aliens and UFOs.

Many Photoshopped Aliens

Many pictures and videos of what are claimed to be aliens and flying saucers have come into limelight, especially after the Roswell incident. Notably, most of the key UFO sightings happen near U.S. Air Force bases. Over the years, there have been quite a number of instances where such claims are proved to be hoax. For example, the last two famous pictures of aliens shown in Image Gallery were in fact April Fool pranks, but are still shown as proof of Alien existence. Then there is another popular picture of Alien supposedly shaking hands with Hitler, which you can understand from Image Gallery, is simply a Photoshop creation using a picture of Hitler shaking hands with another official.
