About the Video

The video was uploaded to YouTube by Gamamori on 15 Apr 2013, and its description says the man is dragged by a ‘Black Entity, possibly a Ghost or Demon’ in a hallway security camera. Questioning viewers what would they do if such a thing happened with them, the video uploader adds:

I love how people claim that the video is fake right away just because they think that ghosts are not real! Well, maybe the guy who was pushed down in the video and dragged half way down the hall didn’t think ghosts were real either until the encounter.

The one minute video was actually posted in ‘Entertainment’ Category of YouTube, and the about description of Gamamori channel has this:

Skeptics View

Despite the video looked somewhat real, skeptics questioned the paranormal claims and the authenticity of the video. At time frame 0:49 in the video, if you watch closely, you will notice the man looks like detaching something from his leg. Also, for the way he walks down the corridor, the man seems to be acting. Moreover, skeptics who believe the video is made with CGI pointed that the floor lighting is not distorted. A somewhat similar hoax claim in the past had a video showing an 11 year old Jamaican Boy attacked by Ghost.

So considering all the aforementioned facts, the video claiming to show a man knocked down and dragged by a ghost is certainly a hoax. It appears like the Ghost in the video is created using CGI (Computer-generated imagery), and was meant to promote the YouTube channel that uploaded it.
