The older girl was asked how she survived & she said “A man wearing shiny white clothes with bleeding wounds in his hands came every day to feed us. He woke my Mom so she could nurse my Sister”. A Muslim man in Egypt killed his wife and then buried her with their infant baby and 8-year old daughter. The girls? were buried alive!

He then reported to the police that an uncle killed the kids. 15 days later, another family member died. When they went to bury him, they found the 2 little girls under the sand – ALIVE!

The country is outraged over the incident, and the man will be executed.

The older girl was asked how she had survived. “A man wearing shiny white clothes, with bleeding wounds in his hands, came every day to feed us. He woke up my mom so she could nurse my sister,” she said.

She was interviewed on Egyptian national TV, by a veiled Muslim woman news anchor. She said on public TV, “This was none other than Jesus, because nobody else does things like this!”

Muslims believe Isa (Jesus) would do this, but the wounds mean He really was crucified, and it’s clear also that He is alive! But, it’s also clear that the child could not make up a story like this, and there is no way these children could have survived without a true miracle. Muslim leaders are going to have a hard time to figure out what? to do with this, and the popularity of the movie Passion doesn’t help!

With Egypt at the centre of the media and education in the Middle East, you can be sure this story will spread. Christ is still turning the world upside down!

When asked, the older girl seems to have said that a man wearing shiny white clothes with bleeding wounds in his hands (Jesus) came every day to feed them and even woke up their (dead) mother to feed the infant girl. The detailed version of the story goes on to say that Muslim leaders are going to have a hard time to figure out the incident. The miraculous claims, nonetheless, are not facts.

The story in question circulated heavily through chain emails since at least 2006, widely discussed in religious forums and blogs. It came with various titles like “News from Egypt,” “Murder Miracle in Egypt,” or simply “Miracle in Egypt”. Although the story mentioned the country is outraged over the incident, and the man will be executed for the grave murders, there are no such news reports from Egypt. The latest versions of the story carry a picture of a child inside a grave, which as a matter of fact, shows the burial of one iconic victim of Bhopal gas tragedy in 1984. And notably, the story does not mention any names of the Muslim man, the dead family victims, or the source of information from Egypt. If any such miraculous incident has happened for real, where Jesus came to save the dead and buried people, it could have been easily grabbed by news channels or online media outlets.

Therefore, the miracle claim that a Muslim man killed his wife for reading Bible and buried her with his two children – alive – to be rescued by Jesus later, is most certainly a hoax. The story/tale appears like a religious parable promoting Christian faith, but also undermines the Muslim faith unfortunately.
