Awesome Tree in Southern Africa !!
It would be interesting to know how many years this work of art has been in progress. It looks like some branches were coiled while still pliable to form some of the shapes?? It amazes me how someone can actually carve and sculpture like this and not kill (girdle) the tree!

Fact Check:
The messages in circulation appear to show picture series of a Tree with mysterious wooden carvings. They show various animal carvings like crocodile, monkey, snake, spider. Accompanying messages claim it is ‘Baobab’ tree having the largest trunk of the world. The messages also claim it is a mysterious species seen near a hermitage in dense forest of Nalgonda, Andhra Pradesh, India. The claims however are just hoaxes.

Not Mysterious Tree in Nalgonda
Unlike many viewers thought, the pictures in the message are not Photoshop creations. They are not real trees either. All of them are in fact show the artificial creations of Disney Animal Kingdom, an animal theme park in Florida, USA. The massive tree-like sculpture, famously known as ‘Tree of Life’, is 145-foot tall, 50-foot wide, and serves as the centerpiece and icon in the Disney’s Animal Kingdom theme park.
The massive attraction constitutes around 325 animal carvings from artists. It also includes Galapagos tortoises, lemurs and cotton-top tamarins among several others, along with crocodile, monkey, snake, spider as shown in the pictures. To add more to this attraction, Tree of Life contains a 3-D theater inside it. Disney shows fun movie ‘It’s Tough to be a Bug‘ here for visitors. The video below shows and explains the complete picture of this Tree of Life in Animal Kingdom.
So, this is neither a mysterious tree, nor a real one, but an art work in Disney land. Unlike the claims, it is not from Nalgonda in Andhra Pradesh, India or Southern Africa.
