The original source of this picture appears to be on 9gag.com, where it is titled ‘Photogenic since birth!’ and just shows the tender and beautiful smile of the new born baby; it does not say anything about the world record for the first mankind smile. In fact such a world record does not exist officially. The message actually gives credit to the young and beautiful mankind smile on photogenic face of the new born baby. The story is therefore a hoax.
It is a common practice on Facebook and other social marketing platforms to make up false stories around interesting and catchy pictures like this. Not everything should be believed and shared.
