(Local Team News 9) Celine Dion died in a single vehicle crash on Route 80 between Morristown and Roswell. He was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics responding to the vehicle accident and was identified by photo ID found on his body. Alcohol and drugs do not appear to have been a factor in this accident – October 24, 2013.

Celine Dion flipped vehicle Highway Safety Investigators have told reporters that Celine Dion lost control while driving a friend’s vehicle on Interstate 80 and rolled the vehicle several times killing him instantly.

The vehicle was believed to have been traveling at approximately 95 miles per hour in a 55mph zone at the time of the accident.

Witnesses have stated that Celine Dion’s car crossed the double lines several times prior to the accident and hit the center lane divider causing the vehicle to flip and roll.

Toxicology tests will be performed to determine whether he was driving under the influence, however initial findings indicate that durgs or alcohol did not contribute in any way to this accident as it was more likely due to road conditions.

Memorial services for Celine Dion have not yet been announced. The service is expected to be a closed casket funeral due to the severe head trauma.

There are no credible reports about any car crash of Celine Dion or death. Global Associated News is in fact a fake news website with a fake, generic template that is only meant for entertainment. The website publishes fabricated stories, which are in fact auto-generated from time to time. Note, Celine Dion, a woman, is referred as ‘he’ in story part of the article. Moreover, the website also has a disclaimer at the bottom saying:

FakeAWish website is in fact a celebrity fake news hoax generator. The car crash picture (shown above) often appears with hoax stories like this. It is actually from a flip over incident on the West Side Highway in New York back in August 2011. There were no injuries in the crash. The Global Associated News earlier reported similar death hoax stories about Jackie Chan and Ray Lewis. So, Celine Dion did not die in any car crash; she is very much alive!

Update: 21st November 2019

We have come across another version of false stories claiming Celine Dion died in a – Plane Crash. The ‘Breaking News’ stories also accompany image and/or video carrying a logo of CNN. They declare the superstar and singing legend dead at the age of 51, among 10 people when a plane crashed just after takeoff outside Dallas or other place.

As of this writing, the singer is active on her Twitter account @celinedion. The image is a Photoshop creation and the CNN video report is an edited version of old news.
