The anonymous users created fake screen shots of articles of credible websites like CNN and Fox news and have even come up with fake images of tweets by celebrities. The 4chan users even created a Facebook page for the cause, as in to “cureformiley,” requesting fans to support the young singer.

The anonymous users’ motive was to trick the Internet into believing that Miley Cyrus has contracted HIV. They even shared a document that mentions some recent incidents in Miley’s life and give a (false) conclusion that she has contracted HIV. The claims are simply hoax created by the pranksters on 4chan; Miley Cyrus has NOT contracted HIV AIDS.
