Analysis:
A video supposedly captured by a U.S. Drone, showing an ISIS militant having sexual intercourse with a Donkey has been doing rounds online. Let us analyze whether it is fact or hoax.
About Claim
The video that claimed to show a man in a compromising position with the animal is shared online as footage captured by a surveillance drone around Ar-Raqqah, a Syrian city in Ar-Raqqah Governorate, Syria. The infrared video recording became popular online after the story was mentioned by some news outlets like the Sunday World (sundayworld.com) and Deccan Chronicle (deccanchronicle.com). Some sources even said the purported animal in the footage was a goat instead.

The video footage first appeared on LiveLeak.com on 4 October 2014. The video also appeared on YouTube later, but was put down by YouTube for the adult content.
It’s Hoax
Firstly, it was unknown whether the video footage was genuine or not. If real, it was not known whether the man shown is an ISIS militant. Leaking footage from a drone would generally require legitimate permission of US military; there are no such credible news reports.
In the beginning of the recording, in the upper left-hand corner of the video frame, you can see the timestamp of the capture (refer to above picture). It appears like the video was captured on 7 June 2011, around 8:21 p.m. local time, labeled as time zone “UTC + 4.5”. This suggests that the video in question is taken long before the ISIS campaign came into being, and the local time zone coordinates to Kabul, Afghanistan, not Syria as told. Furthermore, the video capturing device appears stationary and close to ground, so it may not be a drone.
From the aforementioned facts it is certain that the surveillance video claiming to show an ISIS militant having sexual intercourse with a donkey (or a goat) is an elaborate hoax, which is perhaps shared as a prank. But surprising enough, videos claiming to show Taliban and Iraqi terrorists screwing goats and other livestock animals have been around since few years. It’s worth noting that bestiality is illegal under animal abuse laws in many countries.
