It is said that Bolt somehow lost control of his black BMW and swerved into guard rails. Nonetheless, there are no credible reports of any such car accident relating Usain Bolt; Net Live Media website has been publishing many hoax stories like this with sensational headlines. The picture showing a BMW car accident is an old one that is often shared online.

So athlete Usain Bolt has not met with any serious car accident in London, he is pretty much fine, and was taking part in HeroesInActionRun charity initiative in Falmouth as of this writing.
