Fact Check:

In fact, the creature has strange features and scary, unusual appearance, making it look like a ‘Sea Monster’. Yes, the picture does indeed show a real deep-sea creature called Frilled Shark caught off the coast of Russia.

Frilled Shark
The bizarre fish caught in Russian deep sea is a Frilled Shark. It has eel-like body and many rows of small, needle-like terrifying teeth, which make it difficult for the prey to escape. Interestingly, the dorsal, pelvic, and anal fins of Frilled shark are placed far back on its body. Murmansk-based Russian fisherman Roman Fedortsov caught the creature. He keeps searching for bizarre and scary deep-sea creatures. Because it exhibits several primitive features, the frilled shark is often termed a living fossil and also called a living ‘relic’.
