Thomas Beatie, a Filipino-Hawaiian had a mastectomy and legally became a man and is the world’s first pregnant man – or male mother – has unveiled his new toned figure, just 12 months after giving birth to his third child in three years.

Mr Beatie, who now lives in Arizona with his wife Nancy and their three children, garnered international attention around the world when he became the first legally transgender man to become pregnant.

Now he and his wife have completed the family they always dreamed of, and the 37-year-old appears to have started taking testosterone again, helping him develop his muscular physique.

Mr. Thomas Beatie was actually born as a woman named Tracy Lagondino, in Hawaii in 1974, but always wanted to be like man. As shown in the image above, Thomas Beatie was indeed a pretty girl who once was a finalist in a beauty pageant contest of Miss Hawaii Teen USA. However, when she was in her twenties, she began taking testosterone injections that gave her a lower voice and developed facial hair, also altering her sexual organs. Thomas also went through chest reconstruction surgery, and in 2002, when he went through a mastectomy and became a man legally, he chose to keep his female sexual organs like vagina and uterus.

Thomas was married to Nancy Beatie who had a hysterectomy, so she could not give birth to a child, and when they wanted to have a family, he decided that he is going to get pregnant himself and give birth to their own child. Thomas stopped taking testosterone and underwent artificial insemination by buying sperm from a 6 feet blond Lithuanian man donor who had a black belt in Taekwondo. In late 2007, after Thomas went through an emergency surgery for ectopic pregnancy, he eventually became pregnant. On June 29, 2008 at 8:55 p.m., Thomas Beatie created a history as the first legally transgender male to give birth to a child, bringing into the world a baby girl named Susan Juliette.

The marriage between Thomas and Nancy broke up in early 2012, and Thomas wants to have more kids with his new love, Amber Nicholas. Thomas says that if Amber struggles to get pregnant, he will be more than happy to do it all again himself. Thomas Beatie underwent complete sex-change operation in February 2012, but he says technically it is still possible for him to get pregnant, because he has kept his womb. The couple plans to use the same old sperm donor that Thomas used for his children and see that whoever gets pregnant first will go through having the baby. However, doctors advised against Thomas getting pregnant, because he is biologically a man now and would be lot harder for him to give birth naturally.
