People suspect radiation in the parents DNA, or fumes inhaled from melted war tanks and war weapons may have caused this.
Analysis:
This is a video circulating widely through social media and claims to show a one-eyed baby supposedly born in Israel. Since the video did not contain any sound or other details, and there were no news reports about it, most people thought it could be faked. That’s not the case here, the video is real, and does show a one-eyed baby, but the details of the incident are not clear.
Real Video
The disturbing video claiming to show a one-eyed baby in what appears like some sort of medical enclosure became very popular, although the origin of the case was not known. The baby, who appears alive inside the enclosure is shown to have only one eye in the middle of his forehead and does not have any nose. People thought either the video is faked, or the baby is a rare case of Cyclopia, which probably happened because of genetic disorders. The video showing one eyed baby born in Israel is real!
Another Video Report
As shown in the YouTube video below uploaded on Nov 2011, which appears like a Television recording of an Israeli news report of the incident, the baby was indeed born with one eye, but unfortunately did not survive. Features like lack of proper head hair in the front part above forehead, the bulged face and the stomach suggest that the baby in question is the same one reported in the first video. As you can see, even the mouth of the poor baby appears to be closed, and he also has 6 fingers on his left leg. The reporter is shown to interview the people related to the one-eyed baby. Since the location of the incident appears like a rural area, it perhaps did not get much media attention.

Cyclopia
Cyclopia, also called cyclocephaly or synophthalmia is a rare congenital disorder (birth defect) characterized by the failure of the embryonic prosencephalon (forebrain) to properly divide the orbits of the eye into two cavities. Genetic problems or toxins can cause Cyclopia. In some extreme cases of cyclopia, the nose and mouth fail to form. In March 2011, an infant in India was born with only one eye and no nose, and died 24 hours after birth.
