A picture in wide circulation on social media alleges to show global leaders flanking around Prime Minister Imran Khan. It is rather presented as a proud moment for every Pakistani. The picture appears to show U.S. President Donald Trump, Turkey President Erdogan and others surrounding Imran Khan sitting in a chair. However, the picture is not real and the accompanying claims are not true.

The picture stories about global leaders surrounding Pakistan PM Imran Khan are doing rounds on Twitter, Facebook and other social media platforms. In particular, users from Pakistan shared them describing the keen interest of world leaders in Pak PM.
Despite the claims and the popularity, what you see in the picture is not real and Photoshopped. The original image is in fact an old one from G20 Leaders’ Summit in Hamburg, Germany on 7th July 2017. It does not have the Pak PM Imran Khan, and the chair he appears to sit on is rather empty. Also note the country names on nameplates on front desk are not clear as in the original one below.

Similar stories are doing rounds online about Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Russian President Putin surrounded by the world leaders. In fact, both the picture stories are doing rounds since July 2017.
In this case also, the original image is a different shot from the same scene at G20 Leaders’ Summit in Germany. Similarly, the chair is empty and Modi and Putin are Photoshopped into it. So, all these are Photoshop manipulations and fabricated stories.
